51/14 = 3.643 to 1
65/18 = 3.611
51/16 = 3.187
65/20 = 3.25
Looks like you alreay have a 18t so use that with the 65t to get basically the same ratio as 51/14.
And 65/20 is pretty close to 51/16.
A guy at racing uses a 65t spur with the strobe without problems.
