I was "told" the batteries must have shorted on the metal chassis even though they had battery wrap on them. I dont buy that story. I wasn't offered any help from the place I purchased them from either. My max really tears it up. It sure is fun and at times frustrating building one up, but not even close to the frustration of nitro. Been there done that:035:
Nice truck man! I can say that I never bought batts from them then if you got no assistance with that issue. Also, you may want to put some type of padding on the chassis or the batts, you may run it that problem again, fyi...
