A MM with a UBEC on 14 cells should be fine. Id reccomend a Wanderer 8xl with a RCM "XL" heatsink.

The difference between the "C" and regular motors are the "C" motors have finned cans and a screwed on endbell, but the front is epoxied. The reason i reccomend a normal motor with a heatsink is that it is safe both ways since the heatsink covers the front and back, some people had problems with the fronts popping off the C motors.
