Since your existing motors look like your typical 540 bolt pattern motors, the Feigao should bolt right up. To be sure, I'd measure the screw hole centers. The Feigao motor mount holes are on 25mm center confirmed by Feigao.

If you're running effectively 6s1p A123 cells, I'd get an 8xl or 9xl. The A123 cells drop voltage substantially after a certain current (~45A?) so I'd try to get a motor that's a little easier on the batts, but that's just me. I'd sure someone will say you're fine with an 8XL.

I'm not sure about the Kershaw gears. At worst, you could try it with them, and if it doesn't hold up, you could get something else later like a Strobe slipper setup. Are the pinions 5mm bore?
