I would be concerned about the diff in the stampede tranny... it's not made to handle the stresses it will see in the center of an Emaxx. That's much different than a final drive in a 1/10 truck.

But it's an interesting mod. Try it and see what happens... but I have doubts about it holding up too well, modded or not. I take it you didn't have an emaxx tranny?

The best solution would be rcmonster's slipperential... but that's not meant for a budget project either...
