For quite a while I used the Blue Bird BMS-620mg servo. I actually burned out something like 6 of them, but each time I would buy the plastic gear version for like $18 and swap the metal gears from the burned out servo into that. No longer will I buy any Blue Bird servos, but my Dark Impact does have a BMS-621mg that it's had for quite some time now. I've gone to high-end servos. My Revo runs a Hitec 5955TG, which I got brand new for $75. With my employee discount, I can get them new for only a few dollars more.
