Quark 125b - 03.13.2008, 03:20 PM

Since Mike is out of stock on the MGM's it looks like I'l be ordering a quark 125b tomorrow. Since it's bec output is only 5v I plan on using an ubec instead of the internal bec.

My question falls to the LVC. The manual only shows up to 3v/cell lipo cutoff. I want a safety barrier of 3.2v/cell Id there a way to make the internal accept this or will i have to use an external lvc?

Nope. 3.0v/cell is the highest you can go. You can set it lower than 3.0 if you want.

I wouldnt worry about it. I have been running 2 of the Quarks (3 if you count the 80B also) for a long time and I never had any problems with the LVC running the cells to low.

I can't decide if its more fun
to make it...
or break it...
