E-LSP help - 10.10.2008, 04:29 PM

What batteries are you guys fitting on this truck? I have the BCE chassis. I have a 6S1P A123 pack that is flat but I doubt that is going to fit. I might just pick up a 6S1P lipo around 5000mah if that makes fit easier.

Are there side pods that can be mounted on this chassis to make mounting electronics easier?

Here is how it sits right now. I'll be running a monster max.

LSP is easy(ish) use the RCM mount and rotate the diff and mount such that the motor is opposite the servo.

You then have bags of room in the rear for saddle packs...

If you search you should find my old setup - I mounted a plate between front brace and centre brace for elecs

Ahhh that does make sense. I played with putting the motor on the opposite side but never thought about flipping it up towards the front. I'll have to give that a try.

I seen the pics in another thread you did with that setup. I'm pretty sure that's the way I'll go. Looks like a good mount of room.

How do those gorilla straps fasten to the chassis?

I have some 1/8" ABS I can bend up the same exact way that should work perfectly.

Do you have any specs on the batteries? I'm looking for two 3S packs if possible.
