Need a "Race" section? - 04.26.2009, 06:04 PM

Hey guys, For who ever races here. Who thinks we need a race talk section or something?

I never knew it but there is a few guys here that race at the tracks I do and never even knew it! So I think we should have a section to talk about racing, planning to see whos going where, ETC

Anyone else agree?

As long as it's not above the brushless forum like the slipperential forum....

I agree with Arct1k. I will be racing starting this week but there is so much diversity here it would be hard to keep up with. Better to start a thread in Truggy for truggy racing, buggy for buggy racing, and so on or just a general one in General discussion.

I want a "Race Talk" section.

I can't decide if its more fun
to make it...
or break it...

I think there needs to be a separate section for racing. Race talk, or what ever it may be called

We can always get rid of the nitro section =P its of no use LOL. No im JK. But really I think a new section is what should be done

I don't want a race section. The bulk of the posts are in the brushless and general forums and I don't want to have to look through a third forum. It would also probably end up not getting used at all like the Jato forum...

If we drop the Jato, general electric and nitro sections and we have plenty of room

If I said we needed an off topic section I bet most of you would agree with me. The only thing is, people that want to post off topic stuff post in the general discussion. It's the same thing as the race section. It's not needed.

^^^^I'm with lover and Arct1k^^^^

I think it would just be another section with low traffic. Honestly, there are several low traffic areas that could be eliminated as well. I find it easier just to check a few forums and not have separate sections for every topic. I find I am more likely to read topics that are not of the highest interest to me if they are mixed in with other topics that are of high interest.
