What the heck.I can not win T8 1750 - 10.20.2009, 08:39 PM

After selling my 2200 kv castle motor that was awsome, but overpowering my truggy and buying an rx 10 with a t81750 motor my temps and performance "were" awsome.were as in under 10 5s packs my l.h.s. Told me that these motors had updated rotors.apparently there are still some old guys out there.is there a way to tell the difference. I am in need of help team tekin.and how do i send this in for repair/replace.my truggy is currently dead in my garage and i can not afford to buy anymore expensive electronics.

Tekin has been great about sending out rotors for replacements. I would suggest removing the rotor from the can and investigating whether the magnets have broken loose from the armature. If this is the case call up Tekin product/service support and give them the details. You may find them happy to help you out by sending you a new rotor, it's as simple as that.

That is the new style rotor. Your LHS didn't lie to you and Tekin will take care of you when you send it in. :)

I have had new ones sent to me, without having to send them back. Then again though, I live in the UK, so may just be making an exception.
