got a sidewinder on a hacker e40
2s

only with the tires on the ground
will it cog, but take like 5 seconds
or more to actually move the vehicle,
bad cogging. every time she stops, and
does it in forward and reverse.

updated firmware before she was even
fired. no punch

looking for suggestions

Are the motor wires soldered? If so, check for cold joints and/or resolder. If the ESC is connected to the motor via bullet connectors, check to see how tight they are and if they are dirty. If that looks good, I would suspect the motor. Those wires are stiff and can crack the individual strands from repeated bouncing around in a vehicle. Try a different known good motor if you have one.
