Shipping costs from Canada to the Netherlands

Hi,

I just bought something from a guy in Canada. The package is no more than 40*40*20cm / 16*16*8'' and will weigh no more 5KG / 11 pounds.

Now he got a shipping quote for me today:

''shipping is 195 for four bussnis days or 100 for surface but it can take up to 2 months''.

I was kinda shocked, I payed 80 euro / $100 shipping from TowerHobbies for my Savage Flux + 40 serie Mashers + rims and some spares (arms, towers, bulkheads, skidsplates) and some Rustler parts, way bigger and more heavy.

The guy lives in Windsor, Ontario, Canada. I tried to find some posting info online and via several loaders but not getting the info I wanted. Any Canadian guys here that could double check those costs for me?
