MMM Fan on startup. - 02.12.2011, 08:25 PM

Hey all,

I've just bought a new MMM combo but when I connect the battery packs the fan doesn't sping up whilst arming, is this the norm on the newer MMM controllers as both my older controllers (2009 versions) spin up when first attached to a power source.

Thanks,
Jonny

The fan should start when you connect your battery pack/turn on the power switch, and then shut off when the ESC arms. Give us a call or send us an email and we'll get this resolved for you. 913-390-6939 and hit 1 for tech or support@castlecreations.com

Hi Joe,

Thanks for your response. I've e-mailed you at the above address to let you know about it.

I took one of the fans out of my other ESC just to confirm it was the fan at fault, rather than something inside the ESC, and it worked fine on my new ESC.

Hi Joe,

How long does it normally take to respond to e-mails?

Thanks,
Jonny
