Welcome to the forums! Will the controller work - yes. Will it work well - no. Airplane controller software does not allow for proportional brakes, and the brakes are typically fairly weak. Your best bet is to sell it to an airplane owner and get a car controller.

Runtime will depend on many factors, including cell count, cell quality, gearing, terrain, etc.

15 minutes is possible, but you would likely need LIPO batteries. For longer runtime, I would also go with the Lehner basicxl line of motors. They are a little smaller, lighter and more efficient than the Feigaos. Also, A high voltage setup will further increase your runtime by keeping the amp draw down. Even with the latest 3700 batteries, 15 minutes will be a stretch. It could be done with 16 cells, an efficient motor and conservative gearing, though.
