One of my buddies has one. He has a Mamba ESC with the Dynamite 9200kv motor in it and on 2S Lipo the thing FLIES - literally...it took off once while he was doing speed runs...

He has the CF kit from motec and everything. I'll get pictures soon as my dad gets back from Thailand and Singapore with the camera.

Well...put it this way...its on the "Low" timing advance setting on the Mamba ESC, and geared conservatively (motor never even gets warm - stays room temp!!!) and the thing already does like 30mph.

If we put it on Extreme and geared it up, I bet it would do close to 80. I actually want to try it on one of my 3S Lipo's hehehe...

Actually it was 79mph, done by Tony Phalen at the world's fastest competition - it was covered in RCCA.

The right body, properly cut, can hold it to the ground at speed. Plus, this isn't an 18T...its an M18.

If you are refering to the Dynamite 9200kv burning up, I have that same motor with the quark 33a and have had no issues with my 3s burning the motor up. Now burning up the Quark the other day for the second time is another story though.
