Inexpensive lipo charger ?

If you needed to charge at higher amperage, but didn't have the money to spend, would this guy work ?

I have several chargers for LiPo right now, but none that go over 3.5A. I just need something I can charge a large pack on more quickly. Anyone using this ?

So I'd be the first one here to try this one out ? lol, I'll let ya'll know what I think of it. It should hold me over until I can afford the cellpro 10s at least.
