1 cell would be same as 14 cells in series. I think they are rated for 38 amps. They will "put out" whatever is being pulled form them.
I think the question you're really asking is what is the max current and still get battery life/performance?
They can probably deliver 100 amps, but the voltage may really be sagged down below a half volt perhaps. It does show up directly in voltage. It's probably safe to say 38-50 amps MAX. 38 amps max continuous will degrade them quickly.
