serie or parallel??

is i'am beter to take 2x 3s 5000mAh in serie or 2x 6s 2500mAh in parallel to power a Neu 1515 2.5d on 22.2 volts in a Maxx??

I was on Towers site and the dimensions of the FP 6s 2500 pack would be too tall to fight in the E Revo compartments the pack cant be over 30mm tall...here is a link to the pack

and the 3s 5000 do fit


I didnt see till later it will be in a Maxx...so I dont know if it would make a difference, since size wont be an issue
