PolyQuest or Poly RC Whats the difference? - 08.21.2008, 10:20 AM

Are they the same company?
I was looking on rclipos.com and the Poly RC are the same specs as PQ, even down too the "XP" 25c or "XQ" 30c labels.
Any one know?

They both use enerland cells. Polyquest is enerland's "house" brand. I have both brands and they work fine, go with the best deal.

Hyperions use the same cells as well and offer the best price in our experience.

I'm pretty sure that polyquest lipo's have the best track record for reliability of any pack out there so I'm sticking with them.

the verdict is not out yet, they are from korea, so are zippy-r's, they are only rated for 4800 mah, im wondering if there enerlands that didnt meet the QC, like they discharged fine, but only charged to 4800-4900 mah. hmmm, good ?

i think i posted this theory first. it was baffling to me, why make the same sized cells, with almost the same specs. i recon under 30C discharge they cant hold the correct voltage and/or capacity so they are classed as 25c @4800. the weight is similar too... (i think they purposefully change the dimensions on the listing slightly to avoid issues with copying or something?
