Carbon or graphite rods. 1/8" is the size you need.

I use jdcarbon in mine and the hold up better than any of the titanium ones I have used. I have never been impressed with lunsford pins, they have always bent on me. I have no idea what grade of titanium they use either which has always bothered me.

I had lunsford on my crt .5 and they were light but V soft and bent after a few runs...

Lunsford even said they were softer than steel.

I had some carbon ones for the revo once but found that they wore pretty quickly and snapped. Swapped back to steel - I'm not sure the 1oz will make that difference really.
