best drive shaft for Slash

I don't have annie issus with the stock slider, but just want to know, if i break a stock slider, i want to upgrade to steel drive, so which one is the better??

i doubt the mip cvds will last very long over the stock sliders....i ran them in my pede and switched back to stock sliders after i broke one of the cvds, i thought FLM made a big fat dogbone kit and i think thats about the strongest setup you can get, but you can buy a TON of $5 stock sliders before any of the options would be cost effiecent.

I like the FLM (8mm) cvd vs the MIP. They are more $$ but have lasted and saved me the issues of broken stockers. The only issue I've had with them have been bent stub axles. They are replaced at no cost due to warrenty and FLM said they have improved them since the last ones I bent. While I was waiting for the replacement stubs to arrive from FLM. I extracted the axle stub from a stock one to use.

You can beef up the traxxas ones a bit with the metal yokes. The ones I got had and issue with the pin staying in though. I think they also have the end axle part that is metal now too.

I think that i'll loose my slipper a little bit. For now i run the slipper tight, almost lock. But i'll loose it a little, this will save me some axle
