Sorry if this info is already available else where. I have a few V2s. Can I request for some V3 cases to be sent to me ?

Anyone how what email address to send the request to? I sent an email nearly 1 week ago now to info@castlecreations.com and still haven't heard back (they probably are flat out though) but I don't know to try another address or not

Hey Drift Buggy,

You got the right address, but for some reason, your email either didn't make it or the reply went to your junk mail.

Please send your email again. I sent a V3 Case request to that address on the 22nd, received a reply on the 23rd, and they said they would send me one right out.

I got an email saying that they will reply in 24 - 36hours but nothing more. I don't have a junk box for my email account. I get that much spam and crap. I'll just resend it and see what happens

Well I got a response from the email I sent yesterday and then got a response from the email I sent last week. I emailed them my invoice number etc. so maybe they worked out that I sent it twice

I got the same response. I'll let you know what I hear. In the past, at least for me, Castle has been very responsive.
