Then decided to get the motor cover...I figure why cover up the holes completely when you can use this cover and still let air in??? I haven't tested it yet but its pretty good quality and really nothing to it...elastic that fits on the shaft end and you zip-tie the wire ends..

.and the Losi motor mount acts like a front motor cover as well b/c all the holes are covered up except for the center bearing.....

And yes..... that's a MMMv1 finally running without a BEC with grill cut out of the case and the fan still running internally..... and with the 8ight-e body the 5s 5000mah zippy lipo fits perfectly
I also run an extension on the power wires from the MMM so that I don't have to keep opening the receiver box every time I need to change my settings...
