I have a plan:

Stars & stripes in the top rectangle
Union Jack in the bottom rectangle

The rules:

Basically you start with a certain amount of ink, then it runs out as you use it. It refills gradually over time, so its best to leave the page running in the back ground as you browse the web normally, then come back every so often and do some more drawing.
