Sorry to hear that, I have one of the MGM 16018 also. Try the castle creations Mamba Monster ESC. It should be more reliable.

Good luck with your conversion!

Do you race at a track with it?

Not surprising. I hear they don't like 6s much.

Mines been running fine on 6S for 1 1/2 yrs now.

I think that is a common misconception to say they dont like 6S much and makes many readers believe this.

He probably has an isolated issue and If he sends it to MGM, they will make it good again.

Yeah, that's true. I may have misread, but wasn't it you (masense) that was running a 16018 on 8s in your muggy?

no muggy is 16024!!

I have 16018 2 and 16024 1.
xt8 16018, rc8 16018, muggy 16024.
I used 16018 for nine months in 6s.
It still was never broken.
If even a gear is appropriate, it is not broken in 6s either.
xt8 16018 13/48T 1515 1y.
rc8 16018 16/44T 1515 2.5
muggy 16024 11/46T 1521 1900KV → 10/46

I intended to buy MMM.
I think CC to be a very splendid brand.
I think MGM to be a strong, good brand.
And the answer of the email is sometimes late, but correspondence is very fast.
A cause does not understand that I burnt this time at all.
I expect it for correspondence of MGM including it.

Well, i guess it was some outlandish failure. Get a MMM as a replacement for the 16018 while it is being repaied.
