i seen your add on rct, i want the roller, but looking for something a little less hopped up then youirs to keep the price down
I just picked up a new race roller from eBay for $260 shipped. I had used ones on my watch list that sold between $150 and $200. Once the 2.0 came out, market value dropped like a rock. Don't get too picky!
these rollers you guys are talking about for 150 to 200 are usually without brushless ready and alot of the times they are real "loose" my truck is tight as a drum not to mention its allready brushless and $300 worth of king headz and flex chassis......If you are serious I will lower the price for you some

He is definitely right about a used roller being "loose". For my first conversion I bought the 8T for a just above $300 but ended up spending almost $200 more to get it to my specs. That's not including the price to convert it. After that expensive lesson I swore I would buy a new roller or kit for my 8B conversion. $260 for the roller and $120 for the Tekno conversion is still pretty good when I compare it to my 8T project.
When we are speaking about it, what parts needs to be replaced to fix a "loose" 8B ?
I got a two used 8B´s and both are loose but I have very little experience in fixing 1/8 buggies.
