Happy birthday jerry2kone - 02.08.2009, 10:39 AM

Yea my big "5 0" was on Saturday and I wanted to share it with the RCM gang. It was a good day here at home with my wife and kids. We started laying pavers for a new patio/work area, and the boys started their EMaxx projects. I received a few R/C items, and had a nice quiet time with the family. I am nearly finished with my RCM Maxx, and should have it up and running very soon.

Nah doing ok so far. The boys and I laid approx 250 square feet yesterday, and we plan to lay down 300 to 400 square feet more. It is comming together pretty well so far. I am used to doing projects like this, even though I am no Pro at it. The wife is loving it. I will post up some pics once it is completed. I needed a nice outside work area to do my woodworking projects, and it will double as a nice sitting area to have lunch and hang out when the weather warms up. I also have to acquire a new tarp to cover the area as well. Thank you though. I appreciate the friendly support matt.

Yea something like that. I feel just fine for turning 50. I do notice that I am not able to do a lot of the stuff I used to do, but I am getting along pretty well. I feel like I am doing a lot better than a lot of 50 year olds that I see. I guess teh military training kept me in pretty good shape after all of these years. Thanks for the well wishes.
