MM and BEC help needed

hello everyone i am going to be running BL in my e-maxx soon, and i need some help with setting up my esc. i will be running 2 7 cell 4700 batts, a bidproduct 1845kv hacker knock off, 68/22 gearing, and a CC BEC.

can you guys tell me what i should set these at-

brake/reverse type:


brake amount:


reverse throttle:


punch control:


drag brake:


start power:


motor timing:


motor type:


arming time:


cutoff voltage:


throttle dead band:



also should i run my batteries in a paralell or a series?

and i recently bought a CC link kit and BEC and when i hook it in it says pheonix link, but it doesnt work with the castle link software i use for my MM, does the BEC use a different program?
