Besides stiffer a-arms, what is the difference between the X1 and X2 CRT?

yeah i wanted to know too, heard that the center universals are not the same since the crt has a longer chassis. also the spur gears are different different. heard of bce x2 conversion?

Also they were designed at different times, that is often a big difference. Plus you will not be able to find a 3yr old used crt x2... But you can definately get an x1 that way.

longer chassis diffrent gearing ratios in the diffs narrower chassis but all the arms and things like that are the same

anyone know can I still use my x1 CRT motor mount n servo mount from Rc monster for x2 CRT?

servo moutn will work and the motor mount should you will just need the diff spacers on the other side to raise it up to the same size

thx man, that will save some $. But seriously Is there any difference for ep x1 CRT n x2 CRT? Since we won't feel the well balance engine n rx.

btw if I m not wrong x2 CRT run on smaller gears? Do I need to change my pinions?
