Hi Asheck,

This must be your lucky day. LOL

I've believe the Novak HV Capacitor to be one of the best ones for this.

Well guess what?

I found the EXACT same capacitor that Novak uses on Ebay, but for MUCH cheaper.

I ordered some and compared side by side with the Novak HV Cap.

I ordered several just to stock up for future mods.

One of these days, I'm gonna get a MMM. LOL

This seller sent my package quickly and it was well packed.

Most people suggest having some slack "overhead" voltage rating.

However, I have ran this Capacitor on 6S with great results.

These Caps are rated for 25 volts. 6S fresh off the charger is 25.2 volts. Close enough in my book.

I've been trying that address as well with no response. If anyone finds something out I'll be interested.

Hey sikeston (or anyone else), do you have a model number for those Caps? I found THIS ONE, but i'm not sure it'll do the job.

I'm currently running 16 GPs with my 125B, but I'll be running 5s soon.

hey sikeston, was that with the quark? Mine (125/80 quark's) has a slight cog or hesitation with a fresh 6s setup, so, would the cap/caps work and allow me to run 6s without fear? How are the caps setup and how do you like the quark on 6s?

Work because i gotta, play because i wanna

People here hate Nitro, I love it. I start it, run it about 50 ft from me and it dies, I go after it. Perfect exercise

The quarks were always twitchy with 6s fresh off the charger, not sure if the caps would help that really- a lower charge voltage (95% say) works wonders aparently.

As for the caps, dont go with the novak module, thats the one that has been blowing up on hvmaxx escs ever since they updated it. The specs you want are:

25v (or 35v), low esr, 105*C, 2700uf (I wouldnt excede about 6000uf if you use several in parallel). A few examples:

one

two

three
