Help finding a manual for Futaba MC12B ESC

Checked out the Futaba site and it's not there. To old of an item I guess. Maybe they just need to increase the disk space for archived manuals. Also checked out the every manual ever needed thread and not there.

Anyone got one stored on the HD or know where I might be able to download one?
