Does it move it all? if it just sits there and cogs without moving its usually one of the motor wires has come loose.

When it was running, did the motor ever get really hot? I mean something around 200*F or more...

115 is not that hot...I would check and recheck all solder connections. If a connection loosens up, it will put strain on the motor/esc.

My daughter's crt.5's motor and esc were steaming hot recently...upon inspection, the neg. wire on the esc deans had all but come off and only a minute amount was still on straining the components.

Fully charge the pack and make sure it is taking a full charge. If you have a dead cell in the pack that could cause it. A bad connection between the cells can do it as well. Plug into the computer and re-flash the software on the ESC, then re-calibrate the ESC to your radio (full throttle, full brake, neutral...in the manual). Unplug all the motor to ESC connections, and see if any of them are easy to pull apart. If one is, put something into the end of the connector and spread the legs apart a little. Also, try another battery.

I have had about 10 or more promatch packs. They are great batteries BUT you have to put alot more shoe goo in between the cells or hard bumps will cause the solder joints to crack(EVERY PM PACK I HAVE OWNED DID THIS) Once I shoe gooed them and added alittle more solder to the joints they gave me years of worry free performance

well I checked the solder connection but it looked ok, so I'll resolder it in a little. but what else could it be? also my cells were in a stick pack with end bars and shrink wrap
