Fast Lane did it to me again. This was not the first -

time I got great service from FLM either. It was even better customer service then the first time which I thought would of been tought to beat.
I sent Gina an email telling her what was broken and asked what I needed to do to get it replaced. Got an e-mail right back with the good news. New part is on the way and the Best Warrenty in the Biz holds up to it's name. I replied telling her that only Mike at RCM can hold a candle to her and FLM Customer Service. She did assure me that it wasn't that close and she's much better looking then our Monster Mike is to boot. I doubt we'll hear any aurguments from Mike on the latter.
