Ok guys, i have no clue about tires and wheels, Half ups/ LRP compounds, blue groove etc.. HELP! Im looking to get some new rims and tires for my 8ight-t but dont know where to start i like these:

What are the difference between the 2? and what tires would fit on?



3308:

Concepts – Rulux racing wheels

Rulux - 1/8th truck wheel - 1/2 offset - Available in white and yellow – 4 pcs per package

rulux fit on maxx size tires like mt tires. The halfups are meant for lpr size tires

You might wanna those LPR wheels and tires, as those are low profile, so it has better handling.
If i remember right LPR stands for Low Profile Race.
Here is quick shot of "standard" truggy wheel vs LPR wheel, both have Bowtie tires on them.

so could an LRP style tire go on any rim? vice versa

no it would be to tall. And standard tires cant go on lpr rims
