Hobbywing 150a esc setup - 07.16.2009, 09:48 PM

its being ran in a jammin x1 crt on 4s 25c 4900mah pack and the 2350kv motor any setup tips are welcome.

Here's a tip-

I guess this applies to most esc's. After unplugging the battery be careful not to let the esc leads short out. I did this by accident on an r-clip and POP

I hope it's just a cap but i won't know until tonight when I replace the cap.

You're mentats friend right? I'm at jury duty right now so can't write much but a couple of things:
- don't set punch to 0. Leave it stock unless u have a need to change it. It doesn't make a big diff on performance but does on heat.
- don't set timing too low. 15 is good for a 2 pole.
