HV MAXX with 1 battery question. - 08.03.2009, 09:01 AM

Ok So I am consiering getting 1 LiPo Battery for my HV-MAXX 4.5 Brushless system but I have a question.

What would I do with the second battery connection? Would I have to get like a Y harness connector?

Thanks.

You need to either use a y harness or rewire the controller...

You also need a switching bec (and disable the onboard bec) and use a specific turn on procedure that is documented on this site - Search and you should find...

The internal BEC will function, just runs a tad warmer than normal ( I tried using an external one and it just went up in smoke, good times ).
