From what I've heard either the MBX6T or the XT8 would be your best bet. I like the looks of the Mugen and the MBX5T is supposed to be as durable as a tank so the MBX6T gets my vote.

i have a mbx 5 b so thats why i listed the mugen, yes the buggy is a tank. its bomb proof.

I assume the mbx6t has a few interchangable parts so it's either that or do you want something different from your current ride?

I voted for the mugen....however, any would do you quite well as all are very good truggies. For me it would depend on local part support.


1. MBX-6 T8 1900KV, RX8 ON 4S
2. MBX-5T 1520, MMM ON 5S
3. MBX-5 ONROAD CONVERSION 1515, MMM ON 5S
4. MRX-3 ON ROAD CONVERSION 1512, MMM ON 6S
5. TEN T 2650 T8, MMP ON 3S

thats the thing my local shop is going out of business. also the track. this shop was 25min away from me. now the nearest one is 1hour and 20 min away. so online is where i will have to get my stuff. i want a good basher.

Mugen or X-Ray....either way you can't go wrong

Well if you have mugen already. probably go with mugen lot of parts can be used in both of them.

but I voted xt8 :)

awesome choice. i'm thrilled with my xt8.... killer power and the handling is out of this world. and once you do the front body post mod, you'll have to try really hard to break anything!


Xray XT8 (Neu powered) MMM on 5s
MD 500 scale heli - castle HV-45 on 3s
Eflite Blade 400 heli on 3s
