i've never seen dogs jump like that before. who would've thought that german shepards are THAT nimble.

They say a good mechanic only needs 2 tools - WD40 & Duct tape. If it moves, and its not supposed to, duct tape. If it doesn't move, and its supposed to, WD40.

I think I'll just continue to abide by the law with the exception of some mild speeding

Not all them were German Shepherds, some were Belgian Malinois. The easy way to tell is the G.S is slightly bigger and has a more black in coat, B.M's usually onle have black on snout and maybe legs and feet. I have grown up with German shepherds, to me they are the perfect dogs

Work because i gotta, play because i wanna

People here hate Nitro, I love it. I start it, run it about 50 ft from me and it dies, I go after it. Perfect exercise

To be honest, I thought those dogs were poorly trained, though definitely strong and brave.

Most of the police dog videos I've seen the dog releases immediately when the officer gives the command. The officer does not need to be distracted with or take the time to physically pull the dog off the suspect. He just says stop and the dog lets go and takes a few steps back and watches.

The dogs are intelligent though. I know of a case where an officer pulled over some guy, and as the officer reached the window of the vehicle, the suspect took off. Somehow the officer was caught on the car and was being dragged along. The dog jumped out of the police cruiser, caught up to the car as it was accelerating and jumped in the (open) passenger window and began attacking the suspect (who stopped the car immediately).

I know that the police station for my city, there are quite a few plaques honoring former police dogs.
