Flux my first Monster is on the way.

Well I have wanted a monster truck since I was a kid sweating the kyosho nitro monster trucks in RC Car Action back in the day. They looked so cool and I knew even then I didn't want to mess with the nitro thing nor did I have that kind of money as a youngster. I have built a few truggies now, the latest is my current xt8. I dunno how much I am going to dig the MT thing but I plan to make a solid go of it.

Last night I bought a Savage BL Flux NIB display model for $440 on ebay. I really have been doing alot of research the last few days. I have alot of ideas but want to try my best to make good choices in my upgrades. I would like to thank the members that post there savages on this site, they have inspired me to give this a run.

I would like to run a extended chassis...which one I dunno yet. I want monster more then speed. Preferably like 40 series tires with some sick wheels. Cool body and a sick motor like a Neu monster which is undecided as well.

I invite all suggestions and I am watching the other savage builds daily. Really looking forward to this new direction in a brushless build. I was also looking at some LST2's on ebay but I though the Flux BL wouldnt hurt to have since I am down to only one other MMM 2200 combo in my XT8.
