cc blower fan - 12.29.2009, 10:08 PM

i can't find the size of the OD of the titan 775, will the CC blower fit on the titan 775 can?

I can't find any kind of heatsink/fan made specifically for the 775, tried even modding some computer heatsinks to fit on the can and that didn't work out so well

thanks

According to this site, it is 37mm in diameter: http://www.rcplanet.com/ProductDetai...Show=TechSpecs

And since the CC blower will fit a CC motor, which is larger than that (42mm??), it will fit, but might be a bit loose. Nothing a zip-tire won't fix to cinch up the slack. As far as heatsinks, I have no idea. You could probably get a lot of 36mm heatsinks and slightly spread it open a bit to fit.

just realized that was titan 550 in your posting, but the same site had the specs for titan 775, its 46.35 diameter and 67mm long. Thanks for pointing me in the right spot though!
