I sent my MMM on the 1st using priority mall ( 2-3day ). I Just got an E-mail on the 14th that they received it. This is after I sent numerous e-mails asking about the repair status, which I never got an answer for. This was because I hear they where out of MMM's for a few weeks. I never got any response from any of my e-mails. Castle is a great company and great products but I never get a response from there customer service.
Basically what im trying to find out is when the MMM's should be back in stock?
I recently sent a question to Christy inquiring on my order...that was 3 weeks ago. I am confident that everything will work out just find in the end, but it would have been nice to just here back.. so I know how you feel

I hate to say it but the phone seems to be the most reliable way to get information from many of the RC companies service/support departments. Once you are actually talking to someone they tend to find things out for you. Email is just another in the 1000 they get in a day.

I hope the new job posting is going to help the situation because it's so bad at times I ended up buying a Tekin system for one of my cars to see if I have a good alternative. I definitely appreciate how they stand behind their products but the lack of response can be beyond frustrating.
I would expect by now they would help alleviate this problem by offering a status system on their website tied to the internal tracking so we can all keep tabs without wasting people time.
MMMs are in continuous process at Castle right now. Shouldn't be long on a replacement.
Thanks, I finally got an E-mail response ( 10 days later ) and it said that there out of stock and will be 2 weeks before they ship one. So hopefully I can have it by the middle of Febuary.

i sent in mine just a day before you did and i just got an email saying my replacement had meen mailed and it had a tracking number. so hopefully you'll have yours soon.
