This was scary to watch, I can't imagine being there! If you look closely, you can see men running for their lives near the large crane house. If you look to the far right, you can also see the blue crane engine room literally explode from the pressure of the cables pullling in

Well, since the video wasn't about start-up procedures of large turbine engines, I'd say the brake system let go on the main winch of that crane by the sound of it.
