The space shuttle is one amazing machine. When I was working in Orlando we actually did some work at Kennedy Space Center in one of the shuttle bays and I got a tour of the shuttle Discovery. Not just outside but INSIDE too. Had to put on a clean suit and go through a clean room airlock chamber. They even let me sit in the pilot's chair. It was awesome to say the least!
