MBX6T Tekno Conversion - 02.28.2011, 02:36 AM

I was looking at MBX6T Tekno v4 conversion, anyone run one? Wondering if it was any better or worse than than normal RC monster conversion...

yeh i run it. I also have the RC-M conversion kit, the main reason why i went with the tekno was that i am running a 1520 and was a little worried about the weight of the motor either bending the motor mount or stripping the screws. Other than that i was happy with the rc-m kit but didn't want to risk damaging my motor or rc-m kit.

The new tekno v4 kits looks very good, better than the v3 thats for sure!

with the V4 do you have to have the long shaft pinion gears?

Only if you want to use mechanical brakes.
