MMM died  - 03.09.2011, 11:10 AM

So, yesterday something gone wrong with my MMM. It just stopped while driving and started cogging badly. While I was checking the wires and everything else, the motor got very hot and than esc just turned off. The MMM also killed one of my nanotechs. Now when I turn it on, the servos are working but there is no response from esc, even the LED aren't flashing. Any ideas castle? I spent all my money on new lipo and the racing season starts soon.

Need more info mate

How many cells were you using?
Do you run a BEC? (if not it appears the ESC is still doing something as your servos work)
Does it work on Castle Link?
What motor are you using?
How do you know the battery is dead?

I was using 6S

No, I don't use external BEC.

It doesn't work on Catle link(it says that there is no esc connected)

CC 1520 1600kv

I dissembled the battery and checked the cells with voltmeter . Two showed no life signs at all. Others were puffy.
