You do realize that the Castle Bec Pro 20a is about the size of a Sidewinder ESC?
The Castle Bec 10a is more than enough for your application, and it's tiny.

BEC should be speced out based on your input voltage and what servos you are running, you're ESC doesn't matter, nor does your motor.

Your new (switching)ccbec pro(3-12v adj@20amps) will be powering your rx, servo and fan(s), instead of your esc's (linear) internal bec(6v@3-5amps). IMO Most your gains will be heat reduction from changing the type of bec. switching vs linear. You could run your servo faster by adjusting the bec voltage up to 6.5 volts max.

The Castle BEC Pro will be fine if you already ordered it, it's just a little overkill for a 1/8 vehicle. The regular 10A adjustable Castle BEC is plenty for what you need. The small one in blue heatshrink.
