4wd 5sc coming out soon - 09.07.2011, 10:45 PM

HPI posted on their Facebook page they are releasing a 4wd 5sc tomorrow. Speculation from the pic of the hood is that it's electric...shows a big F on it like their other Flux vehicles. Only one pic so far and it's only of the hood of the body.

It's about dang time! I've always wanted a 5th scale, but didn't want a 2wd.

That Losi looks amazing, now if I only had a place to run something like that.

Figures they would release this after I've spent a few months building a 4WD E-5SC.

Hmmm, I wonder what electronics it will use......and what goofy name they will give it.

Built Ford tough, with Chevy stuff.

RCCA has confirmed it, both the losi and HPI. Here is the HPI RCCA link

Work because i gotta, play because i wanna

People here hate Nitro, I love it. I start it, run it about 50 ft from me and it dies, I go after it. Perfect exercise

You guys see the losi 1/5 4wd SC truck that was just announced? May have to get me one of these and convert it....

http://www.losi.com/Products/Default...=LOSB0019BLKBD

Should be easy for Mike to make a conversion kit for this. Just scale up his 8ight conversion kit. Exact same layout as the 8ight buggy or truggy. Just bigger and with a gas motor instead of the nitro motor.

I can't decide if its more fun
to make it...
or break it...

Silent...But Deadly

I won't be cheap but that's most likely MSRP and not street price.

^^ no no no, the MSRP is like 3k, LOL.

that's a good overview of the losi, everything looks much more beefy than the images make them look, I think it looks great!

I like that better than all the others I've seen.

I'm gonna go look to see if you have a build thread. Does that thing wheelie? It's making me want to build a 1/5 scale from some of my 1/8 scale trucks.
