Mamba Max Pro and Xerun 2250KV SD, timming problem? - 10.28.2011, 08:12 PM

Hello
i need some advice!

Just installed my new mmp toda on my xray 808e with my sensored 2250kv xerun motor.

Im using a xp ds1015 servo and a dx3r radio. The bec on the mmp is programmed to give me 6V, another parameters are, smart sense and middel aceleration. Sensor arness is plugged in.

THE PROBLEM is; with the car on the air i press the throttle and the motor cogs a lot, it is impossible for the motor to spin the spur gear and it makes a really bad noise. After i pulled two times the throotle for less than a second the wires of the esc to the motor are pretty hot.

It is powered by 4500mah 30C 4s lipo, want it to make it work with sensors, anny suggestions?

Thanks and sorry about my bad english

Make sure you have it wired correctly. When running in sensored mode, the "A" on the motor must match the "A" on the ESC (and so on with "B", & "C").

From your description it sounds like you have it wired wrong. I've seen that ("motor makes a really bad noise") with Novaks when wired incorrectly.
