Gear ratio for G2R brushless REVO - 07.01.2006, 09:43 PM

Hi,
I just got G2R chassis couple days ago.
It was quick shipping from Mike. Thanks, Mike.

I got NOVAK HV brushless system from my friend, so I'm going to use this set-up first for G2R project with IB 3800 7cell pack. (I'll go with different brushless set-up later)

This is my first project of electric version. ^ ^
(I only know about nitro...)

I'm just wondering what gear ratio I have to use for this motor.
Any recomendation would be highly appreciated.

Thanks.

I run 12/72 on 12 cells so i would try 11/72 as Sylvester suggested for starters. I will tell you to run the body even the first time, because anything more than half trigger will flip it on the fan. Trust me, I know.

People here hate Nitro, I love it. I start it, run it about 50 ft from me and it dies, I go after it. Perfect exercise

Not real sure yet, I never time myself( having too much funand started racing it), but it seems like forever compared to the titans, with twice the power I have cheap batteries as well. When i get some good batteries i'll know more.
