With a burshless 550 8xl Feigao/Nemesis/Wanderer

Would you use a plain heatsink ? or a heat sink with a built in fan? like integy

Some type of heatsink, fan or not, always helps tremendously. Those Integy ones are made for 540 brushed motors so I don't know how much they would help with a large brushless motor. You should try the RC-Monster Heatsink. Lots of members have used it with great results. You can always put a fan on it too if needed.

I would say the RCM heatsink is the best option, since it stops the endbells from popping off the motor too.

I have the HV Heatsink on my 9XL and no issues yet. (but I still haven't really tested my truck yet, tomorrow morning I finally test it!)

Ran my 9XL for 30 minutes and temp never got above 140. Not to bad.

I find the HV-Maxx Heatsink actually does a great job at keeping things cool. It is quite thick and clamps quite hard, which results in lots of positive heat transfer, as well as adding mass to the motor, which stabilizes the temperature more (harder to heat or cool more material). The fins also help with cooling, obviously.

RCM motor also helps keep the end cap on the Feigao motor which is a big help.

Easy to screw in a couple of 20mm fans too to help keep everything as cool as possible.
